1. Delivery Inspection Requirements
Prior to the delivery of your custom fire pit the freight carrier will contact you at the phone number you have provided to set an appointment for the delivery of you fire pit.
Upon delivery of your custom-made concrete fire pit, it is the customers responsibility to inspect the product thoroughly to ensure its condition meets your satisfaction. Please be Aware that the inspection must be conducted PRIOR TO SIGNING any delivery receipt or acceptance form.
2. Reporting Damages Any visible damage to the fire pit must be reported to the delivery driver immediately at the time of delivery. Any damage not reported at the time of delivery will not be considered valid. The shipment is insured to protect both parties however it is imperative to fully inspect the fire pit prior to acceptance - this will be required in the rare case that insurance is required to cover any damage that occurred during transit.
3. Acceptance of Delivery By signing the delivery receipt or acceptance form, you acknowledge and confirm that you have inspected the fire pit and accept its condition as satisfactory. Once the delivery is signed for, the shipment will be considered accepted, and no further claims regarding the condition of the fire pit will be valid.
4. Refusal of Damaged Shipments If the fire pit shows any damage upon inspection, you are entitled to refuse acceptance of the delivery. Refusing the shipment will result in the return of the damaged fire pit to the sender, and we will arrange for a replacement or other resolution, as appropriate.
5. No Claims Post-Acceptance Any damage claims made after the delivery has been signed for and accepted will not be processed. It is crucial that any issues be identified and addressed at the time of delivery to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
